PACT ACT REQUIREMENTS:
We require an Adult Signature(21+) for all orders.
An Adult Signature service fee will be automatically added to all orders regardless of shipping method.
The new PACT ACT Law starting March 27, 2021, will now require online retailers to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and require Adult Signature on all deliveries nationwide. Other compliance requirements includes labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting.
At Eliquidstop, we are committed and working diligently to ensure that we are in compliance with the current PACT Act’s rules and regulations.
When will my order be shipped?
There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of shipping method. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
We only process orders from 9:00AM PST - 4:00PM PST MONDAY-FRIDAY. We do not process orders on Saturday and Sunday, and Major U.S holidays.
Our daily shipping cutoff time is 4:00PM ET. If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, then your order was prepared, but may not have left our facility. Therefore, we ask for your patience and wait for 24-48 hours for further tracking updates.
Who we ship to?
If you cannot check out from your state you reside in that means we are not sending out orders to your state.
Please NOTE: Certain orders will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Additionally, orders are now going to be shipped with Adult signature confirmation (Someone over the age of 21+ must be present to sign for the package).
We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us. However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions may include weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account by clicking on "LOGIN" to enter your email address and password.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until there is confirmation of the returned package back to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
